This permanent, quick-drying ink features a precision dropper to let you transition seamlessly from deep, dramatic shadows to diluted, delicate gray washes. • The Perfect Stroke: Achieve flawless coverage with a specialized Winsor & Newton Cotman 1/4" angled brush, crafted to effortlessly block out sweeping washes or taper into razor-sharp, fine-line detailing. * The Metallic Moment: The Speedball Fountain Ink in Metallic Purple is a rich color with a smooth flow.
